We only gather information we need to serve you better and will not - without your consent, - sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement except in cases where in good faith we believe that the law requires us to do so, it is necessary to protect Hillside Studios's rights and/or property, or if circumstances necessitate acting to protect the personal safety of staff or of the public.

Terms and Conditions
All media, art and music remain the property of Hillside studios until full payment of ordered media and cheques have been cleared by the relevant bank. Dispatch or collection will commence when full payment has been received. Our terms are seven days from date of invoice. We reserve the right to implement interest charges at 10% of the total invoice for a late payment in excess of 30 days from the invoice date. A statement will be issued after 30 days. There after if the invoice is not settled within a further 30 days a further charge of 10% will be sent with a new statement. Any invoice not settled after 60 days from date of the invoice will be referred to a debt collection agency
Hillside studios will not be held responsible for any third party disputes i.e. when a third party company has been used for larger replication runs above 500 CD’s. Any dispute will be directed to the third party company. Any disputes which occur after receiving and approval of the draft proof copy for audio quality, artwork quality on the inserts for CD’s and including the table of contents for inserts before commencing with any CD run will not be acknowledged unless it can be proven that the finished article differs from the original proof approved copy. Any disputes must be lodged and received within seven days from delivery or collection of art or music works.
